Presenting
Tim spent 8 years as the technology presenter on QVC, The Shopping Channel and also presented technology products on Argos TV. He has a passion for gadgets and new technology and will be reviewing new products and ideas on this site.
Psychology
Tim is currently a NHS employee and Trainee Clinical Psychologist at Southampton University. He developed an interest in psychology while working as an actor. He has a first class honours degree in psychology (B.Sc.) from Middlesex University. He has worked as an assistant psychologist in Devon Memory Clinic, then an older adult acute ward in Torbay Hospital. He qualified as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and worked for IAPT services in Devon before working as an assistant psychologist with Adult Open Mental Health in Taunton, Somerset.
Passionately interested in the link between social deprivation and poor mental health, Tim is involved in Psychologists for Social Change, a group that strives to use psychology for the good of communities and to foment change in society and the profession. He will be blogging about research and new ideas in psychology on this site.
